Here are couple of sketches for my up coming pin-up project.

All the major characters were taken so I had to chose from the minor characters pool. Quite frankly, I wasn't too happy. I rather be drawing Princess Leia in a slave bikini than some background alien dancer who gets fed to a giant dungeon monster. But as I invested myself into the drawing, my disappointment turned into joy.

Don't get me wrong, I still could care less for the character. My joy was trying to capture the sense of movement in this dancer in my drawing.

I think I came close with these two sketches.

hoho! That is nice! minor characters can be interesting, rather than just Oola posed sexily, dancing Oala would be the best choice.

Both great, this one would be my first choice since  that's a more dynamic pose and the sketch itself has already more (hinted) background.

Totally agree.  I would choose this pose.

Both are still awesome!  Did you chose Oola cause of our fanboy suggestions Frank?

Yeah she wasn't all that busty in return of the jedi role (jabbas palace).  I also like the dancing picture best.  The one with jabba and the musicians sketched in the background.   Cannot wait to see how it develops!

Gee, Frank, what've you got against giant dungeon monsters and the girls who get fed to 'em (sounds like an episode of Jerry Springer)?
The art is lookin' great.
I like the second pose better.
