Back from Barcelona
Just got back from Barcelona, Spain, to celebrate my good pal, Steve Morger’s (aka Law Boy) birthday/European tour.
Here are some photos of trip. Bear with me if the descriptions of my trip are brief and bit lacking for I’m still jet-lagged and a little sick from the trip.
I had a 9 hour lay over at London Heathrow Airport so I took that opportunity to go sight seeing in London with my good pals, Dave and Chris. Got to see the Tate Galleries and rode the “London Eye”. On a side note, London Heathrow has to be one of the worst airports in the world. It’s confusing gigantic mess of an airport. And yes, they lost our luggage.
Barcelona was great. Great food, great weather, and great company. Despite wearing the same clothes for over 48 hours, Barcelona was amazing. Once the airport finally got my luggage to me on the second day, the Barcelona experience was even better. Got to see the famous fountain show at night, hiked the museum hilltops, and saw the Gaudi buildings. On top of that, got to visit Sanjulian at his art studio. Yes, that Sanjulian. One of the best painters of his generation.
Good time had by all.
Definitely will visit London and Barcelona again in a heartbeat.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to knock myself out with Nyquil and get some sleep…
